I've been meaning to let you guys know for some time that your customer service is the best I've ever encountered in a car dealer. When I bring in the Mini GP, I get the feeling that the guys are genuinely happy to see the car, and want the car to be happy. This is a much more direct route than just trying to make me happy. When I feel like you guys actually like and care about my car, it makes it fun to visit the AutoHaus. You've removed a lot of the anxiety and fear usually associated with a visit to the car repair place. Thanks.

If you have the pleasure of dealing with the Auto Haus, and Rob Fendrick specifically, a phrase you'll hear a lot is I intend to exceed your expectations. And he does.

I was pretty much overwhelmed trying to find just the right car on autotrader, etc. The more I looked and studied the process, the more overwhelmed I became. How do I do all this stuff...and have any expectation for success. Well, thats when I thought of Autohaus. I would drive out of my way to see the inventory that Autohaus always seemed to have....and when I finally stopped in, I was surprised to see that there were cars in my price range. I had an initial conversation with Rob and told him what I wanted to do. I asked if he or Autohaus could assist in the process.

The answer was emphatically "yes" and the rest is history. Rob, armed with my preferences, did the searching, phone calling, reference checking, quality assurance, value assessment etc....and got me the car I wanted. No he actually didnt.....he exceeded my expectations...just as he said he would.

PS: The day I picked up the car there was some uncertainty about the functioning of the convertible top. Two of Autohaus mechanics were out in the showroom immediately until the problem was solved. You dont get THAT at ANY dealership!!! Anywhere. Im so impressed. Ive had no need for service yet, Ive only owned the car for a month, but I do have high expectations. But probably not high enough!!!!

I am just writing about the wonderful experience I had purchasing my 2007 BMW 328xi from AutoHaus Motors. Rob, Peter and Frank were all very personable and helpful. The car I purchased was in excellent condition and continues to run extremely well. All aspects of the purchase were made easy, including the assistance with financing. Just a note to let you all know how totally professional you all are. The service done on my Porsche that Frank performed I could not have been more impressed on how knowledgeable he is. Explained everything he did and heck tought me how the right way to check the oil. As you know I have just traded in my Porsche for the Mustang Cobra SVT. We enjoyed a very pleasant experience dealing with AutoHaus Motors during our recent purchase. The staff was more than courteous, answering any questions and allowing us the freedom to take the car alone and even put it on a lift when we returned to look things over (and under). Since we made the purchase over the phone, you handled things competently and kept us abreast of the transaction. Delivery was timely and well done. I enjoyed talking to Frank, even though he may not have remembered us from 25 years ago. Anyway, a very good experience in what seems like a continuation of the old German Auto Haus quality oriented tradition. Glad to see the dealership open and hopefully flourishing into the future. Also, the champagne was a nice touch.

We love the car and managed to put a few hundred miles on it before we got 6 feet of snow the past few weeks!! Its now tucked away in the garage until spring, but at least we can look at it!

I LOVE my new car! I forgot how much fun it was to have a manual tranny! It really connects you to the car. This car has features I didn't know it had. The seats are awesome - SO customizable. The F1 tuning and the manual tranny will go a long way towards making me forget about my old supercharged V-8. I gotta admit, I've already come within a few feet of needing body work - twice! - but I am having so much fun, lol! BTW, the new wipers work very well - big improvement. Thanks for taking care of that for me. Did you know about the tools and the 1st aid kit attached to the underside of the trunk lid? Great stuff - never used!

I am very pleased with how everyone at AutoHaus treated me. You guys are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. You treated me with respect and were never pushy, which is something I hate when shopping for a car. Whoever detailed the car did a great job, too bad the exterior got trashed right away with the snow and ice.

I've tested most of the car's features, and everything works great.

Seriously, you provided the best car buying experience I've ever had. Great job.

I had a great experience with you guys and just got the car back actually from my shop down here in CT. I had them live with it for a week and give it a thorough going through before winter hits hard. They also gave you guys - Frank - a glowing review. The work done has been done well and the car is fantastic. Best purchase i have ever made. Exactly what I was looking for. So I am happy for sure.

The car now has snow tires on it. So i am good to go for the winter (it just snowed this am, which was a total blast).
